About Rocks Landscaping & Paving
30 Years of Experience
Established in 1996, I've grown on reputation, landscaping and paving for private jobs and commercial clients across the Leicester area. I can cover the lot, from a new block-paved drive to a full garden make-over.
Attention to detail is the thing I won't budge on. It's a small business and my name's on the line, so you only get workmanship I'd put my own chequebook to. There's decades of experience in the trade before and after I set up on my own, well over 30 years all told.
I aim to keep the site safe and clean while I'm in, stay professional and polite, a bit light-hearted when it helps, I treat people how I'd like to be treated. That normally works all right, because I only work for nice people.
I think you'll find my prices fair, too. Within reason I can work to a budget and still give you what you need. Everything's by written quotation or estimate, what I'm doing, what it costs, terms, no mucking about.

Do written quotes include VAT and waste removal?
Quotes spell out what is included: labour, materials, and typical disposal. If something might change (e.g. extra hardcore or tree roots), we flag it up front so there are no surprises.
Do you ask for a deposit before starting?
On larger jobs we sometimes take a staged payment to cover materials. The exact schedule is agreed when you accept the quote. Nothing hidden, and we never ask for full payment upfront before you've seen progress.
Can you price from photos and measurements I send?
Ballpark guidance over the phone or email is fine for rough budgets, but an accurate written quote for paving, fencing or a full garden usually needs a site visit, or very clear dimensions and access photos.
